Senior Employer Brand Specialist

As a team, we embody core values including pragmatism, audacity, commitment, trust, and transparency, which drive the work we do. We are seeking a Senior Employer Brand Specialist to lead and execute our Employer Brand Strategy on a global scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for various activities, encompassing global marketing initiatives, localized content creation, digital marketing campaigns, and organizing virtual and in-person events, among other functions.
- Implement and uphold our Employer Value Proposition and corresponding Employer Branding Strategy to attract top-tier applicants.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer brand visibility on various platforms and channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and industry events. Work closely with the Communication team to strengthen brand presence in the talent market.
- Develop engaging content for a range of digital and offline platforms such as social media, career websites, recruitment ads, videos, and employee testimonials, highlighting the organization's culture, values, and employee experience.
- Regularly assess market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather talent feedback to adjust strategies, ensuring that the employer brand remains appealing to potential candidates.
- Cultivate a culture of employee pride and advocacy, encouraging employees to become brand ambassadors, and creating internal initiatives that boost employee engagement and encourage the sharing of experiences on social media.
- Monitor and report on employer branding efforts' effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights for ongoing enhancements.
- Oversee our Talent Acquisition database in collaboration with our partner, and devise strategies to construct a talent network/talent community.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5 years) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, preferably in an international or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Proficient understanding of HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for developing compelling, creative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and employer review platforms, along with a creative flair for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Robust project management and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee engagement.
