Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance on implementing and utilizing IAM capabilities across consumer and workforce systems.
- Team up with technical counterparts to advise on IAM-related issues, providing insights to solution design and system maintenance.
- Take the lead in implementing and administering IAM platforms, addressing break/fix incidents, and overseeing system monitoring.
- Manage Level 2 tickets, addressing bugs, outages, and new feature requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure Circle's solutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and internal mandates.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures, providing reports and aiding in compliance-related inquiries.
- Harmonize IAM security measures with the overall security strategy to mitigate risks to Circle.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience with identity and access system implementation using multiple coding languages.
- Enthusiasm for scalable, reproducible security management practices.
- Self-driven, adept problem-solver capable of independent work with minimal direction.
- Strong collaborative abilities to navigate high-stress scenarios across teams.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and making quick judgment calls on priority levels during demanding situations.
- Proficiency with IAM protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant, or Microsoft.
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Desired experience in the financial services or financial technology sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or similar field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience in an AWS environment.
- Proficiency in software development languages like Python, Golang, or similar.

- Base Pay Range: $147,500 - $195,000; Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%.
