Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert guidance on the implementation and utilization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities for consumer and workforce systems.
- Collaborating with technical team members to advise on IAM-related matters, offer input on solution design, and assist with system support.
- Leading and supporting the implementation and administration of IAM platforms to ensure operational efficiency.
- Addressing and resolving break/fix requests, monitoring system environments, and managing change processes across development, QA, and production environments.
- Managing Level 2 tickets, handling bugs, outages, and new feature requests proficiently.
- Ensuring Circle’s solutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and internal standards through diligent adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures to promote a secure operational environment in alignment with the overall security strategy.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages for at least 7 years.
- Enthusiasm for scalable and reproducible security management solutions that apply to diverse environments.
- Self-motivation, creativity, and ability to solve problems independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities concurrently while demonstrating sound judgment in prioritization.
- Solid grasp of IAM protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM, as well as familiarity with IAM technologies from leading providers.
- Exposure to industry standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework is advantageous.
- Background in financial services or financial technology is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
- Proficiency in working within an AWS environment is required.
- Software development skills in languages like Python, Golang, or similar are a plus.

Our competitive compensation ranges and total packages are thoughtfully crafted to encompass a variety of factors, such as relevant experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
The Starting pay ranges from $147,500 to $195,000 annually, with a bonus target of 12.5%. Additionally, Equity and Benefits packages are included, covering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
