Role Responsibilities:
- Guide the implementation and application of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities across consumer and workforce systems.
- Collaborate with technical team members to offer insight on IAM-related matters and contribute to solution design and system maintenance.
- Lead the implementation and management of IAM platforms, offering support in troubleshooting, environment monitoring, and change management processes.
- Address Level 2 tickets, including bug fixes, outages, and new feature requests.
- Ensure Circle's solutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and internal standards, maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Generate reports and assist in addressing compliance requests, focusing on aligning IAM security with the overall security strategy to mitigate risks effectively.

Candidate Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages.
- Passion for scalable and reproducible security management.
- Self-motivated problem-solver with strong collaborative skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with IAM protocols and concepts like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM.
- Experience with IAM technologies from providers such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, or Microsoft.
- Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework; financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or related disciplines; AWS environment familiarity required.
- Software development expertise in languages like Python, Golang, or similar.
Additional Details:
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified applicants.
- Compensation based on various factors; range from $147,500 to $195,000, with 12.5% annual bonus target.
