Responsibilities:
- Offering direction on the implementation and application of IAM capabilities within both consumer and workforce systems.
- Collaboration with technical team members to advise on IAM-related issues, contributing input to solution design and system support.
- Leading and supporting the implementation and management of IAM platforms.
- Addressing break/fix requests, overseeing the environment, and supporting change management across development, QA, and production environments.
- Managing Level 2 tickets, addressing bugs, outages, and new feature requests.
- Ensuring compliance of Circle's solutions with regulatory, compliance, and internal standards.
- Establishing and maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Generating reports and aiding in compliance-related inquiries.
- Aligning IAM security with overall security strategy to minimize risks for Circle.

Qualifications:
- More than 7 years of experience implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages.
- Passion for scalable and reproducible security management.
- Innovative problem-solving ability working independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and establishing priorities effectively.
- Understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM.
- Experience with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, or Microsoft.
- Familiarity with standards including ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Prior experience in financial services or financial technology is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or related field, with equivalent experience considered.
- Proficiency in an AWS environment and software development skills in Python, Golang, or similar languages.
Additional Details:
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation ranges influenced by aspects like experience, skill set, and organizational needs.
- Base Pay Range: $147,500 - $195,000.
- Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%.
