Responsibilities:
- Offering guidance on implementing and utilizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) features for different systems
- Collaborating with technical team members on IAM-related matters to inform solution designs and system support
- Leading and aiding in the setup and administration of IAM platforms
- Managing break/fix requests, monitoring systems, and supporting change management across development, QA, and production phases
- Addressing Level 2 queries including troubleshooting, outages, and new feature requests
- Ensuring Circle's solutions comply with regulatory and internal requirements
- Developing and maintaining IAM policies, protocols, and practices
- Producing reports and assisting in handling compliance-related inquiries
- Aligning IAM security with broader security strategies to minimize risks for Circle

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience implementing identity and access systems using various coding languages
- Enthusiasm for scalable, reproducible security management
- Proven ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities, with sound judgment in reordering priorities when needed
- Familiarity with IAM protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM
- Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant, or Microsoft
- Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework preferred
- Exposure to financial services or fintech is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Experience in an AWS environment and programming skills in Python, Golang, or similar languages
