Responsibilities:

• Offer expertise on the implementation and use of IAM capabilities for consumer and workforce systems
• Collaborate with technical teams to guide IAM-related matters, provide input on solutions, and support systems
• Lead and assist in implementing and managing IAM platforms
• Address break/fix requests, monitor the environment, and support change management processes
• Handle Level 2 tickets, including bug fixes, outages, and new feature requests
• Ensure Circle's solutions comply with regulatory and internal requirements
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures
• Generate reports and support compliance requests
• Align IAM security with the broader security strategy to mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience implementing identity and access systems across various coding languages
• Passion for scalable and reproducible security management
• Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM
• Experience with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Savant, or Microsoft
• Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Previous work in financial services or financial technology preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience working in AWS environment
• Software development skills in languages such as Python, Golang, or similar

We consider various factors when determining compensation, with the range for this position between $147,500 and $195,000. Annual bonus target is 12.5%. Additionally, we provide equity, medical, dental, vision benefits, and a discretionary vacation policy.
