Responsibilities:
- Offer expertise on the implementation and use of IAM capabilities for consumer and workforce systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to guide IAM-related matters, provide input on solutions, and support systems
- Lead and assist in implementing and managing IAM platforms
- Address break/fix requests, monitor the environment, and support change management processes
- Handle Level 2 tickets, including bug fixes, outages, and new feature requests
- Ensure Circle's solutions comply with regulatory and internal requirements
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures
- Generate reports and support compliance requests
- Align IAM security with the broader security strategy to mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience implementing identity and access systems across various coding languages
- Passion for scalable and reproducible security management
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM
- Experience with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, SailPoint, Savant, or Microsoft
- Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Previous work in financial services or financial technology preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in AWS environment
- Software development skills in languages such as Python, Golang, or similar

We consider various factors when determining compensation, with the range for this position between $147,500 and $195,000. Annual bonus target is 12.5%. Additionally, we provide equity, medical, dental, vision benefits, and a discretionary vacation policy.
