Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main escalation point for resolving intricate issues related to Infrastructure operations and security configuration.
- Develop and update documentation concerning network infrastructure and system security designs.
- Remain current with emerging technologies and pinpoint enhancements for existing infrastructure and security solutions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of various security solutions to meet business and security needs.
- Bridge the communication between development and operations by adopting "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) principles and collaborate closely with the DevOps team.
- Offer assistance outside regular office hours when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory.
- Profound technical expertise in infrastructure and network products such as Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Cisco, and Aruba.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with network and system security solutions like CASB, NAC, CDN, WAF, Secure Web Gateway, and Secure Email Gateway.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud network infrastructure.
- Preferably experienced in crafting and carrying out robust global network setups across public cloud and/or private cloud platforms.
- Thorough comprehension of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS).
- Possession of CCNP or higher certification, with CCIE and/or CISSP considered advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Individuals with less experience will be considered for entry-level positions.
