What The Team Does:
The service stability engineering team prioritizes service stability as a core competitive advantage of our products. They have developed comprehensive risk management capabilities to proactively identify and analyze potential stability risks, moving towards preventive measures to enhance user experience and system stability.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identify system vulnerabilities to enhance overall product performance and stability.
- Accumulate and document best practices during emergency fault response and review.
- Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and architectural models to enhance system stability.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with over 8 years of R&D and architecture experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the spring-cloud microservice stack.
- Deep knowledge of computer fundamentals, particularly in Linux, storage, and network principles.
- Experience in high-concurrency distributed system architecture and domain-driven design (DDD).
- Proficiency in related middleware technologies like nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Kafka, K8S, Docker, etc.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and Chinese communication skills. Knowledge of English is a bonus.
- Preferred background in service governance, capacity management, stability assurance, architecture optimization, activity assurance, and chaos engineering.
