Team Overview

The service stability engineering team at OKX focuses on ensuring service steadiness as a central element of the company's product competitiveness. This team has developed end-to-end risk management capabilities at the link level to enable proactive identification and analysis of potential stability risks. Through a shift from reactive to proactive governance, the team aims to address stability issues preemptively, enhancing user experience and product reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of stability tools, such as inspection systems, efficient root cause diagnosis solutions, and chaos drill systems, to enhance the accuracy of problem detection, pinpointing, and analysis.
• Stay abreast of cutting-edge technology trends, facilitate team learning and growth, and timely introduce and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with over 6 years of experience in research and development.
• Proficiency in Golang, mastery of Java, and adeptness in utilizing Springcloud microservice technology stack.
• Skillful in utilizing data analysis and calculation tools like flink, elasticsearch, clickhouse, skywalking, prometheus/VictoriaMetrics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, clear analytical thinking, and holistic architectural perspective.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Preferred candidates will have experience in stability assurance construction, inspection systems, root cause diagnosis systems, and chaos engineering systems.
