About the Role
We are seeking a senior growth expert to join our Fiat team, focusing on driving user growth for fiat on/off-ramp products globally. This role involves optimizing growth strategies and funnels to enhance product exposure, increase user penetration, and drive regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for fiat on/off-ramp products, including P2P, fiat channels, and partnerships.
- Create market-specific growth playbooks tailored to user behavior in different regions.
- Lead user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, offline activations, and referral programs.
- Analyze user data to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with Product, BD, and Payments teams for integrating local payment methods.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in user acquisition, focused on volume-based growth models.
- Over 5 years of regional growth or marketing operations experience.
- In-depth knowledge of fiat payment systems and exchange mechanics.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and risk mitigation abilities.
