Description
The Quant Trading team plays a key role in executing trades and managing risks related to various cryptocurrency products, encompassing both spots and derivatives. The team focuses on creating and implementing effective trading strategies within dynamic and intricate trade environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute pricing, hedging, and trading activities to support the flow business using our automated trading platform.
- Expand automated trading operations to encompass new trading assets and platforms while constantly adjusting and enhancing performance.
- Conduct research and backtesting to enhance pricing and execution algorithms.
- Monitor daily market sentiment, risk exposure, profit and loss calculations, and prepare relevant reports.
- Analyze post-trade data to evaluate trading strategies and algorithm performance.
- Collaborate with trading developers to refine pricing, execution, and booking processes.
Job Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or related fields.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in trading.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous enhancement.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python and a strong willingness to enhance technical capabilities.
