The Consumer Services division is focused on providing all Web3 services to Ledger users. Though Ledger is not an exchange platform, we collaborate with service providers to offer exchange services and aim to serve as a comprehensive hub for all things crypto.

Responsibilities:
- Overseer of desktop and mobile development for Consumer Services from a technical perspective.
- Collaboration with developers, QA teams, designers, and product members within Consumer Services teams.
- Proactive engagement with partner teams to streamline new integrations.
- Participation in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Upholding the quality of Consumer Services.
- Mentoring and fostering technical growth within the front-end team.
- Innovation and contribution in developing crypto services by introducing new ideas regarding software quality, UI/UX, security, and blockchain technology.
- Sharing knowledge within Ledger and externally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of front-end software development experience.
- Proficiency in any JavaScript framework, with a preference for React. Proficiency in TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience using testing technologies like Jest, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
- Strong attention to detail in UI design and proactive enhancement of user flows.
- Previous experience in complex projects emphasizing front-end stack performance and scalability while maintaining simplicity.
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to technical challenges.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and eagerness to collaborate and share best practices with peers.
