Senior Frontend Engineer - Custody Experience

We are currently seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer. Given the substantial cryptocurrency transactions BitGo handles, it is vital to maintain high-quality software and platform delivery. In alignment with industry standards, our integrated platforms interact with various exchanges, agencies, and global governments, utilizing cutting-edge technology.

This position requires on-site presence at our office in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design and product teams to develop new UIs for upcoming projects
• Enhance existing UI functionality across different products
• Develop reusable code for future projects
• Enhance the health of the codebase
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp implementation requirements and constraints
• Provide mentorship to peers through code reviews and best practices education
• Offer maintenance support and optimize performance of existing applications

Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of frontend software engineering experience
• Proficiency in React
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proficiency in Node.js and Express applications
• Familiarity with design systems
• Experience in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment independently

Nice to have:

• Understanding and enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Knowledge of Tailwind, React-Query, and NextJS

Pay Transparency Notice: As per location and level, the compensation for this role typically ranges from $165,000 to $210,000 USD per year, with equity, an annual performance bonus, and discussed benefits included.
