Responsibilities
Our team is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in React and experience with .NET (C#) technologies to join the Engineering (Integrations) team. In this role, you will contribute to coding cutting-edge human interaction software, particularly focusing on Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and/or chatbot platforms. You will collaborate with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to integrate our platform with the HR tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proficient in building modern front-end applications using React.
- Experience working with .NET (C#) in production environments.
- Familiarity with Agentic Development practices and tools, such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
- Senior-level mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and navigate technical ambiguity.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Understanding of AWS cloud environments.
- Exposure to test automation practices.
- Proficiency in developing with Python using LangChain and Promptfoo.
- Experience with AWS AI-related services like Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform.
- Exposure to Spec-Driven Development Practices and tooling like SpecKit and OpenSpec.
