Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Full Stack Engineer adept at working with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React. In this role, you will contribute to backend and frontend development to create scalable, secure, and top-notch software solutions for a U.S.-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.
• Create backend services with a focus on scalability and clean architecture.
• Enhance user-facing features using React.js.
• Collaborate in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools like Docker, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
• Write and manage unit and integration tests to ensure robust code quality.
• Implement security best practices, including authentication and authorization.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in various cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for effective planning, design, and delivery.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.
• Strong understanding of full stack development and contemporary SDLC practices.
• Experience in system design and architecture with a focus on maintainability.
• Familiarity with SQL databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and MVC architecture.
• Prior exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools like Docker, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
• Exceptional testing and debugging abilities.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Competency in Git and workflows like GitFlow.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal – C1 level).

• Background in consumer credit, lending, loans, or insurance domains.
