Role Overview:
As the Senior Growth Operations Manager, your primary objective is to lead initiatives that expand our user base, increase engagement, and promote the adoption of our blockchain products and services. You will be instrumental in driving our product GTM operations, collaborating across different teams such as development, product, and marketing to achieve our ambitious targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and enhancing engagement levels.
- Oversee product go-to-market operations, working with technology development, product management, and marketing teams to meet project milestones and objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to continuously refine and optimize growth strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with management to identify, define, launch, and drive strategic projects, providing insights to various teams.
- Conduct user research to identify needs, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing user activity and loyalty in the Web3 domain.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Web3 and integrate key learnings into growth strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify expansion opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Blockchain, Web3, or NFT sectors.
- Proficiency and interest in Blockchain, particularly in Wallet, DeFi, GameFi, or NFTs.
- Experience with various Web3 protocols & Affiliate/KOL management is desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of driving user growth and engagement through innovative strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively, coordinate project timelines, and drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret data to guide strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated and proactive individual with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strategic thinker with a talent for creative problem-solving.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
