Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Senior IT Support Engineer to join our corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve software and hardware issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment at our Singapore office.
- Evaluate, implement, and support new technologies and software.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests promptly.
- Develop technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for software and hardware maintenance.
- Ensure the functionality of critical SaaS applications like Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Assist in streamlining employee technical lifecycle management processes.
- Administer user accounts and policies for security compliance.
- Facilitate audits of SaaS applications to ensure regulatory adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Proficiency in JAMF for macOS and iOS device management.
- Experience with Okta for user authentication and single sign-on.
- Familiarity with applications like Office 365 and mobile device management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Bash/Shell scripting would be beneficial.
