Job Summary:
The team responsible for the development of an advanced trading platform is seeking a skilled individual to contribute to their efforts. Operating globally, this team strives to deliver a seamless and secure trading experience to its clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions for the derivatives exchange platform across various micro-service components.
- Collaborate with the product management team to enhance existing models or create new ones.
- Conduct code audits, testing, and releases.
- Establish an easily deployable system with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot back-end infrastructure issues and provide solutions.
- Analyze and resolve cross-stack problems.
- Collaborate with the security team to develop and maintain highly secure, scalable back-end services.
- Manage all code and function implementation documents.
- Coordinate with the DevOps team to enhance the technology stack continuously.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Java programming.
- Knowledge of market risk.
- Experience developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products, preferably in traditional or cryptocurrency markets.
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated testing.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a drive for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced industry.
- Prior experience in Real-Time Risk or Margin System development is advantageous.
- Knowledge of derivative products is a plus.
