Senior/Lead Devops Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions for various adjacent projects in a rapid and efficient manner. Your role will encompass contributing to the design of scalable applications across both front-end UI and back-end infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring.
• Participate in system architecture design.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodology.
• Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Design and execute Disaster Recovery & backup plans.
• Implement automation for operational processes.
• Ensure timely communication, escalation, and follow-up to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps and AWS.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in developing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications and maintaining mission-critical systems.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools including Terraform, Kubernetes cluster yaml, Karpenter, AWS, RDS Postgres instance, Redis instance, EC2 instance, GitHub repository, MSK, Datadog, Sumo Logic, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, S3, CloudFront distribution, Cloudflare, and AWS ECS service.
• Solid understanding of Linux, VPC, and network security.
• Ability to write quality, maintainable code.
• Technological adaptability to leverage modern AI tools for enhanced productivity.
• Interest in working within technology and financial domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, displaying traits of proactiveness, responsibility, accuracy, and resource ownership.
