Primary Responsibilities:
- Introducing a new product to the market and achieving ambitious objectives pertaining to USDC distribution and monetization associated with the product
- Cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships within the web3 landscape to boost USDC adoption and expansion
- Spearheading negotiations and formalizing commercial agreements with entities in diverse Web3 segments for Circle's product suite
- Ensuring all collaborations are rooted in sound fundamentals, deliver positive ROI for Circle, and align with our ambitious company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Partnering with our associates to address their challenges from a customer-first perspective
Key Focus Areas:
- Originating and overseeing a robust pipeline of opportunities, orchestrating extensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and identifying openings for beta product validation
- Fostering a team ethos known for its utmost integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, data-driven approach, agility, and optimism
- Establishing and nurturing solid executive relationships with key decision-makers in a range of global Web3 entities, encompassing blockchains and DeFi protocols
- Regularly reporting and ensuring clear communication on crucial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and revenue projections for the region
Our Expectations from You:
- Bringing forth 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Proficiency in DeFi protocols and on-chain builders
- Demonstrating resilience, grit, and a positive outlook
- A self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset for exploring new avenues and achieving stellar outcomes with minimal supervision
- Being deeply proud of delivering high-quality work
- Holding professional and technical acumen in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Proven capability to negotiate and secure influential strategic deals with a C-suite audience
- Excelling in pipeline management and adept at prioritizing numerous initiatives to drive business growth
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English
- Expertise in crafting structured and concise internal and external communication memos
- Thriving in uncertainty yet equipped to operate within a structured environment with robust risk management and compliance protocols
Additional Details:

At Circle, our compensation frameworks are meticulously designed considering various factors such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs. It's essential to note that salary ranges might vary based on candidate locations.
Base Salary Range: $177,500 - $230,000
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
Equity & Benefits Included (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)), alongside a discretionary vacation policy, 10 paid sick days per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
