Primary Responsibilities:
- Pursue company-wide business goals diligently.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the Web3 sector to enhance the adoption and expansion of USDC.
- Lead commercial negotiations with various organizations in Web3 domains for Circle's product portfolio.
- Implement and take charge of a comprehensive growth strategy to optimize returns in the Web3 ecosystem endeavors.
Key Duties:
- Source and manage a diverse range of opportunities, propel pipeline momentum, and execute go-to-market plans for key ventures.
- Cultivate a team ethos centered on integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, and performance metrics.
- Forge executive relationships with key personnel in Web3 organizations across the Americas.
- Identify and coordinate the deployment of new programs and resources essential for sealing business opportunities and meeting regional objectives.
- Provide regular updates and effective communication on critical KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Proficiency in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Track record of securing strategic deals with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on effective onboarding and continuous training.
- Excellent pipeline management capabilities and adeptness in prioritizing initiatives for business growth.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for early-stage development, process improvement, and fast-paced collaboration for long-term success.
Additional Details:
- This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for deserving candidates.
- Compensation ranges are influenced by factors such as relevant expertise, qualifications, and business needs.
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000.
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%.
