Key Responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious company-wide business targets.
- Establish strategic alliances with organizations in the Web3 realm to drive adoption of USDC.
- Oversee the execution of commercial agreements across various Web3 sectors for Circle's product suite.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to maximize returns on Web3 ecosystem initiatives.
Primary Tasks
- Propel a diversified portfolio of opportunities, manage pipeline growth, devise and implement detailed go-to-market plans, and pilot beta products.
- Cultivate a team ethos built on integrity, collaboration, customer focus, metrics-oriented practices, urgency, and positivity.
- Forge executive relationships with key Web3 decision-makers, such as blockchains and DeFi protocols across the Americas.
- Identify and facilitate new programs, resources, and capabilities that drive business growth and fulfillment of regional objectives.
- Provide regular, detailed reporting and effective communication regarding essential KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region.

Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Development and Sales experience.
- Proficiency in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Track record of negotiating strategic deals with C-level executives.
- Strong leadership capabilities in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Exceptional pipeline management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for building, process improvement, and moving at a fast pace to create lasting impact for partners and customers.
Additional Considerations
- Day-one PERM sponsorship eligible for qualified candidates.
- Compensation structured based on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. Varies by location.
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Benefits Include Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
