Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering on challenging company-wide business objectives
- Forging strategic partnerships within the Web3 domain to enhance the adoption and expansion of USDC
- Executing and overseeing commercial agreements with a diverse range of Web3 entities for Circle’s suite of offerings
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive growth strategy to optimize returns on Web3 ecosystem initiatives
Key Focus Areas:
- Identifying and managing an extensive portfolio of opportunities, propelling pipeline progress, devising and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans, and validating beta products
- Fostering a team culture characterized by strong integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, metrics-driven decision-making, a fast-paced environment, and a positive outlook
- Cultivating strong executive relationships with key decision-makers in various Web3 organizations in the Americas, encompassing blockchains and DeFi protocols
- Coordinating the creation of new programs, resources, and capabilities necessary to secure new business opportunities and meet regional organizational goals
- Providing regular and transparent communication on essential KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proficient knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Proven ability to secure impactful strategic deals with C-level stakeholders
- Strong leadership background, including onboarding and training practices
- Effective pipeline management skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives for maximum growth
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English
- A proactive approach to building early-stage programs, enhancing company processes, and supporting partners' and customers' success

Circle's compensation structure takes into account various factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs. Compensation ranges may differ based on candidate locations. Starting Range: $175,000 - $225,000 Annual Bonus Target: 17.5% Benefits: Equity & Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Flexible vacation policy, 10 days paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
