Your Responsibilities:
- Achieving challenging company-wide business objectives
- Building strategic partnerships with organizations in the Web3 domain to drive USDC adoption
- Executing and overseeing commercial agreements with Web3 entities for Circle's suite of products
- Establishing a dynamic growth strategy to optimize returns on Web3 ecosystem initiatives
Your Tasks at Hand:
- Identifying and overseeing an extensive portfolio of opportunities to drive business growth
- Cultivating a team culture focused on integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, and productivity
- Establishing and nurturing executive relationships with key decision-makers in Web3 entities
- Developing new initiatives and resources to close business deals and meet regional objectives
- Providing regular updates and clear communication on essential metrics and revenue forecasts.

Your Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proficiency in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Proven track record in negotiating strategic deals with top-level executives
- Strong leadership skills, including training and onboarding capabilities
- Exceptional pipeline management and prioritization skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passion for early-stage development, process improvement, and fast-paced work environments
Additional Information:
- Day-one PERM sponsorship available for qualified candidates
- Compensation based on experience, skill set, and business needs
- Base Pay Range: $175,000 - $225,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
