Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of critical company-level business objectives
- Forge strategic partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem to advance the adoption and expansion of USDC
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of business agreements with diverse Web3 organizations for Circle’s product suite
- Create and execute a growth strategy to optimize returns within the Web3 ecosystem initiatives
Primary Focus Areas:
- Adeptly manage a portfolio of opportunities, foster pipeline momentum, and develop Go-To-Market plans for key initiatives
- Cultivate a team culture centered around integrity, collaboration, customer-centric focus, goal-oriented approach, and positivity
- Foster executive relationships with key stakeholders in various Web3 organizations, including blockchains and DeFi protocols in the Americas
- Identify and orchestrate the development of resources essential for securing new opportunities and fulfilling company goals
- Provide regular reporting and communicate critical KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the region

Desired Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development and Sales
- Proficient knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Track record of negotiating and securing impactful deals with senior-level executives
- Strong leadership experience encompassing onboarding and continuous training
- Excellent pipeline management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Thrive in early-stage growth, place value on enhancing company processes, and embrace a dynamic work atmosphere
Additional Notes:
- Eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship
- Compensation factors: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs
- Compensation Package: Salaries range between $175,000 and $225,000 with a bonus target of 17.5%
