What You'll Be Responsible For

Seeking an experienced Data Science and Analytics Manager to oversee the data analysts and data scientists tasked with Circle’s developer products and marketing initiatives. Managing a team of approximately five to ten professionals, you will supervise data analysts generating insights for product and marketing teams and collaborate with data scientists to dissect developer ecosystems and measure marketing effectiveness. Handling a blend of senior and junior team members, the ideal candidate will possess diverse management skills to nurture talent along various career trajectories. Fostering collaboration with cross-functional counterparts, you’ll shape data-informed decisions impacting our product and marketing strategies.

What You'll Bring to Circle

• 7+ years of data analysis or data science experience, with 3+ years managing reporting functions and analytics/data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and a programming language (e.g., R or Python) for data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to leverage data for unbiased insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude in cross-functional collaboration and providing actionable feedback.

Additional Information

The position qualifies for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. Base salary ranges from $205,000 to $265,000 with a 17.5% annual bonus target, equity, and comprehensive benefits package.
