What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced Data Science and Analytics Manager to lead a team of data analysts and data scientists focused on Circle's developer products and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing a team of approximately five to ten members across these areas. Responsibilities include overseeing analysts delivering insights to product and marketing teams, collaborating with data scientists to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts, and aiding team members in their career development. Additionally, the role entails partnering with cross-functional teams to inform and influence product and marketing strategies while driving informed business decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead data analytics and data science initiatives for the developer pillar and marketing efforts.
• Ensure the team's work is technically sound and impactful, contributing to business goals.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance team output and support team members' growth.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Establish efficient team management structures and processes.
• Work with other data leaders to strengthen the data team's capabilities.

Your Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with 3+ years managing reporting and analytics functions.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (such as R or Python) for data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to utilize data to convey honest insights.
• Effective in cross-functional collaboration and providing timely team feedback.

Additional Details:

• Day-one PERM sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
• Compensation range determined by various factors, starting at $205,000 and up to $265,000.
• Additional benefits include annual bonus target of 17.5%, equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid sick leave, and holidays.
