Opportunity Overview
As we continue our global expansion, we are enhancing our Compensation and Benefits (C&B) structure to align with the dynamic crypto market. We are searching for a motivated C&B specialist with a creative mindset and a drive for continual change in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the company's Total Rewards strategy in partnership with HR and business leaders.
- Design and implement competitive C&B policies and guidelines including salary review, base pay structures, and annual bonuses.
- Lead the design and execution of short and long-term incentives, collaborating closely with various functions.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and suggest improvements.
- Manage annual C&B programs such as salary reviews, benefits assessments, and surveys.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address compensation and benefits challenges.
- Provide training on total rewards processes and practices to HR and business teams.
- Effectively manage projects, propose new approaches, and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with expertise in Compensation & Benefits design, sales incentives, and long-term incentive plans.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence business discussions positively.
- Demonstrated financial acumen in designing incentive programs.
- Hands-on experience managing internal requests.
- Strong team player with a track record of building effective partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial institutions or tech companies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of crypto matters is a definite plus.
