About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and executing strategies to effectively manage OTC merchants in order to minimize user risk.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the OTC market and devising relevant policies for the platform.
- Collaborating with merchants to identify market trends and working with internal teams to enhance platform features.
- Ensuring seamless end-to-end product delivery.
- Handling any other tasks delegated by the manager.
What We Look For In You
- Ideally, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Risk/AML management within an e-wallet platform.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment is preferred.
- Strong interest in cryptocurrency.
- Possession of a recognized Risk Management qualification (e.g., CRM, IRM, PRMIA) is advantageous.
- Strong logical reasoning and outstanding skills in communication, coordination, teamwork, and execution.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin as interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders will be part of the role.
