Senior Motion Designer

About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join our Global Brand Studio as a Senior Motion Designer. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's identity, influencing its narrative, and contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-growing brands globally.

Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging motion graphics to enhance brand communication and campaigns for the organization.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers, and Producers to create motion content across various platforms.
• Develop and refine storyboards to communicate creative ideas through a storytelling sequence.
• Quickly produce animatics with music based on storyboard frames and title cards to showcase proof of concepts.
• Manage post-production tasks, including video editing, color correction, and compositing.
• Maintain, enhance, and evolve the organization's motion styles, guidelines, and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in video editing and motion graphics, and integrate new techniques and technologies into workflow.
• Uphold and advance the brand's visual identity across multiple channels and drive design innovation.
• Collaborate with an international team across different time zones and handle diverse projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in a motion design studio or In-House creative agency.
• Online portfolio demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficient in industry-standard motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Detail-oriented with a good aesthetic sense and the ability to engage audiences through motion content.
• Experience in 3D motion graphics and AI image/motion generation is a bonus.
• Ability to edit music and sound design is advantageous.
• Proactive, quick learner with a "get things done" attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is preferred.
• Must be located in the APAC region.
