About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned individual to hold the position of Senior Onchain Partnership Manager at our organization. The primary focus of this role will be to drive the adoption of the non-custodial wallet by [Crypto.com] through cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with significant stakeholders in the blockchain community. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency field, a profound comprehension of blockchain technology, and a successful history of creating impactful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, assess, and create partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers to enhance the utilization and penetration of the Onchain wallet.
- Ecosystem Development: Cultivate connections with Layer-1, Layer-2, Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, on/off-ramp solutions, and dApps to boost user experience and the functionality of the wallet.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive moves, and market dynamics to spot unexplored opportunities within the crypto environment.
- Advocacy: Willing to represent the wallet at industry conferences, events, and webinars to heighten awareness and reinforce relationships with partners.
- Brand Representation: Offer guidance and supervision on the portrayal of the wallet on various platforms like Twitter, blogs, telegram, and discord, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in native crypto within business development or partnership management.
- Profound knowledge of the crypto and blockchain landscape, encompassing key entities and market forces.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing communications and community touchpoints through social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
