About the Opportunity
As the Senior Organizational Development Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of training and development programs for our organization. This role involves collaborating with leadership, driving initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize organizational structures and operational models to enhance efficiency in alignment with strategic goals.
Utilize organizational diagnostic tools to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration, particularly in the blockchain industry.
Build tools for tracking organizational performance and facilitating change management processes.
Manage talent strategy and create a robust talent pipeline.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders globally to enhance managerial and business effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management, corporate management, or related fields.
Experience in Organization Development and Talent Development within complex organizational structures.
Strong analytical and project management skills with a proactive learning mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to engage with stakeholders across different regions.
