Senior OTC Sales Trader - Europe

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete OTC trade process for institutional clients, including providing pricing, executing trades, and managing internal hedge requirements.
• Develop relationships with clients regarding their trading and liquidity needs, offering market insights, and fostering trust through regular communication.
• Collaborate with the VIP sales team to identify new business opportunities and broaden client base.
• Monitor spot and derivatives trading flows electronically and manage risk metrics while executing trades on decentralized platforms as required.
• Assist in trade investigations, risk management, post-trade analysis, and refining internal operations and strategies with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced educational background in finance, engineering, or mathematics, preferably with a Master's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial or crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of OTC trading processes, pricing tactics, settlements, and market operations.
• Proficiency in financial markets, liquidity management, risk mitigation, and market microstructure.
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, proactive, and independent in approach.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of working across global teams with diverse functions.
• Preferred experience with electronic OTC flows, structured products, Python, and SQL.
• Interest or experience in the crypto and DeFi industry.
