Responsibilities:

- Expand and manage various internet traffic channels, including resources related to mobile phone manufacturers, major media sources, app store promotions, and mid- to long-tail channel resources.
- Conduct independent research to develop growth models aligned with business needs, stay abreast of traffic trends, and actively seek new partnership and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Preferably possess marketing experience in finance, gaming, or third-party applications, with additional relevant channel resources.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in user growth, with exposure to various traffic resources such as download platforms, webmaster networks, and app store user acquisition.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a collaborative mindset while working respectfully with others.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary to effectively communicate with overseas partners and internal stakeholders.
