Senior Paid Growth Channel Manager - Greater China

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within the Growth Department to focus on acquiring Chinese users at scale and ensuring accountability for growth metrics.
• Expand and manage various internet traffic channels, including resources related to mobile phone manufacturers, major media sources, app store promotions, and mid- to long-tail channel resources.
• Conduct independent research to develop growth models aligned with business needs, stay abreast of traffic trends, and actively seek new partnership and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess marketing experience in finance, gaming, or third-party applications, with additional relevant channel resources.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in user growth, with exposure to various traffic resources such as download platforms, webmaster networks, and app store user acquisition.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a collaborative mindset while working respectfully with others.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary to effectively communicate with overseas partners and internal stakeholders.
