Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Figure Technology Solutions, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and expanding cloud infrastructure and platform tools. We seek a creative and collaborative team member to support our direct-to-consumer products that are reshaping the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the functionality of internal platforms to optimize the engineer's experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges to streamline processes.
• Drive innovative technical solutions following iterative principles.
• Collaborate with project leads and software engineers in cross-functional teams.
• Utilize technical expertise to address real-world problems effectively.
• Participate in an on-call rotation within the team.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/development within an agile environment.
• Proficient in DevOps best practices with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Skilled in taking a project from inception to release.
• Experience with cloud computing providers like GCP or AWS.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kubernetes Operators, and modern API Gateways (e.g., Kong, NGINX).
• Proficiency in Go or a similar programming language.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or OpenTofu, alongside automation with Atlantis, Terraform Cloud, or similar solutions.
• Experience with scaling CI/CD platforms, such as Github Actions and ArgoCD, focusing on engineer satisfaction.
• Background in managing high availability and high-traffic production web environments.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

For residents of CO, NY, CA, and WA, salary ranges from $119,680 to $149,600 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Compensation may vary depending on the candidate's experience and location.
