Senior Product Designer - Design System

As a Senior Product Designer focusing on our design system, you will be instrumental in establishing visual and functional consistency across our digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you will ensure our design system is scalable and user-friendly, enhancing our design language for exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable UI components, patterns, and assets with a focus on accessibility and scalability.
• Partner with various stakeholders to establish tools and processes that enhance user experiences.
• Create detailed documentation and guidelines to assist designers and engineers in utilizing components effectively.
• Uphold high standards in design quality, ensuring every aspect of the design system is meticulously crafted.
• Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative approaches to enhance team performance.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and align the design system with user needs.
• Collaborate with other designers to shape user experiences for a broad audience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of B2C & B2B product design experience, with a strong focus on design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of best practices for designing and implementing design systems.
• Sound understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility principles while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Strong communication skills to explain design concepts clearly to non-designers.
• A collaborative attitude with a keen interest in working with diverse teams.
