Senior Product Designer - Exchange

About the role:

We are in search of a Senior Product Designer to oversee Crypto.com's institutional platform. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of designing for complex trader workflows and a solid grasp of modular/atomic design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a modular interface and maintain a system of components for advanced trading views.
• Design customizable workflows and interactions for intuitive navigation.
• Create detailed interfaces and visualizations to present extensive data in user-friendly formats.

Research and Measure:

• Gather user feedback and analyze platform usage to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor the impact of changes on key metrics.

Cross-Functional Excellence:

• Partner with engineering leads to ensure successful implementation of design components.
• Conduct workshops and design reviews to align teams on principles and implementation.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate feedback into the system.

Technical Implementation:

• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and guidelines for implementation.
• Engage in discussions on architecture and design patterns.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product design experience, with a focus on desktop-class interfaces.
• Experience designing trading or financial platforms with complex workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-impact products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for trading environments.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping.
• Knowledge of front-end development and accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in creating and managing component libraries using modular and atomic design.
• Familiarity with design tokens and systematic visual design.
• Understanding of version control for design assets.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and their roles in design systems.

Leadership Abilities:
