Senior Product Designer - Exchange

Responsibilities:

• Design a modular interface
• Establish and manage a system of modular components for advanced trading views.
• Design customized workflows and interactions for easy customization and intuitive navigation.
• Craft detailed interfaces and visualizations to present extensive data in trader-friendly formats.

Research and Measure

• Conduct user interviews to understand their needs.
• Analyze platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor changes to evaluate their impact on key metrics.

Cross-Functional Excellence

• Partner with engineering leads to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Conduct workshops and design reviews to align teams on design principles.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate feedback into the design system.

Technical Implementation

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasible design solutions.
• Create technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
• Lead discussions on architecture and design patterns.

Requirements:

• Experience designing trading or financial platforms with complex workflows.
• Over 7 years of product design experience, including 3+ years focused on desktop interfaces.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-impact products.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing excellence in designing for trading environments.
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping.
• Knowledge of front-end development and accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in creating and managing component libraries using modular design approaches.
• Familiarity with design tokens and systematic visual design methods.
• Competence in version control systems for design assets.
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and scalable design systems.

Leadership Abilities
