Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Devising and executing strategies to augment user growth by improving user conversion rates throughout the user journey, thereby enhancing key business metrics like new user acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and reducing churn rate.
• Identifying fundamental user requirements and developing AI-driven growth products to stimulate user expansion.
• Crafting product roadmaps, establishing both short-term and long-term objectives, and customizing product solutions tailored for local and global markets to enhance user growth and satisfaction.
• Utilizing data analysis and user insights to design effective product features that heighten platform attractiveness and user engagement.
• Collaborating with multiple teams such as marketing, operations, and technology units to implement growth initiatives.
• Spotting opportunities and iterating solutions to sustain competitiveness in growth product development within the crypto sector.
• Applying agile methodologies in overseeing the progress and implementation of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Possession of at least 5 years of experience in user growth or growth hacking fields associated with the financial or crypto industry is preferred.
• Sound proficiency in agile methodologies, data-centric strategies, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated competence in utilizing growth data to steer decision-making processes.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and achieving desired outcomes.
• Ideally hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
