Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies for international affiliate product development, implementation, and release in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Conduct basic research and usability testing to identify the requirements of international teams.
- Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to align affiliate products with customer needs.
- Collaborate with central marketing stakeholders and engineering teams to outline a roadmap for international affiliate projects.
- Customize landing pages and messaging for specific markets in coordination with central marketing to optimize affiliate marketing endeavors.
- Acquire deep insights into the crypto ecosystem to represent international capabilities effectively and address unique requirements.
- Devise solutions to tackle localization challenges for affiliate products at the back-end and customer-facing levels.
- Prioritize features, build consensus, and synchronize product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver top-notch affiliate experiences.
- Drive product decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data related to user behavior and experiments.
- Define success metrics and methodologies to track progress and ensure clarity regarding the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or ownership, ideally in affiliate marketing or related fields.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and platform UI best practices to ensure seamless affiliate experiences.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics, user research, and business cases to guide decision-making and enhance affiliate products.
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple projects under strict deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
- Experienced in planning work for assigned workstreams to facilitate the smooth execution of affiliate initiatives.
- Previous experience with CRM/CMS product development, emphasizing on affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
