About the Role We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from creation to implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and oversee a groundbreaking platform transforming financial processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features
- Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, contribute to test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and build empathy
- Prioritize projects and initiatives, considering necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Represent the team in cross-functional communications
- Manage specific features within product lines
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AI & Computing science
- Data-driven approach with a user-centric focus
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-oriented products and experiences
- Track record of successfully launching and improving Software or Financial products at scale
- Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, and track record of driving results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams like design, engineering, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
- Diligent, eager to learn, and open-minded
- Demonstrate humility in work and interactions with others
- Aptitude for understanding technical concepts and their practical application
