About the Role:
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a visionary outlook to architect and oversee a platform that transforms the landscape of financial transactions. You will drive change and introduce products/features across our global reach, working closely with various teams to deliver outstanding features and products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities alignment
- Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver cutting-edge features
- Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, assist in creating test plans with QA, manage backlog, and ensure timely product/features releases
- Engage in customer interviews to cultivate empathy and address their needs effectively
- Prioritize initiatives and projects while considering necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Act as the voice of the team in interactions with cross-functional units
- Manage specific features within a product line
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideal if with AI & Computing science knowledge
- Data-informed approach fused with user-centric perspective
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
- Proven experience in launching and iterating successful Software or Financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proactive mindset, and consistent output
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams like designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, growth
- Detail-oriented and open to continuous learning
- Embrace humility in work and interactions with others
- Strong aptitude for grasping technical concepts and their application is a plus
