Senior Product Manager - AI & Operational Efficiency

Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy: Take charge of developing the roadmap for AI-based agent assistance tools. Drive the enhancement of internal service tools to empower agents with intelligent features for improved efficiency.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks in customer service and utilize LLM and automation technologies to simplify processes, minimize manual tasks, and enhance service consistency.
• Knowledge & Retrieval Experience: Optimize the internal information retrieval system to facilitate quick access to accurate knowledge base articles and case histories for swift decision-making support.
• Efficiency Impact: Oversee crucial operational efficiency metrics and conduct experiments to measure the business impact of AI implementations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless adoption of new features that align with business requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher with over 4 years of Product Management experience, emphasizing B2B products, CRM, or Internal Efficiency Tools.
• AI Application: At least 2 years of experience applying AI/LLM technologies to real-world business challenges, preferably in Customer Service or SaaS sectors.
• System Thinking: Strong analytical skills to dissect complex workflows and design scalable system solutions while balancing standardized products and operational flexibility.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in data analysis to define success metrics and steer product improvements based on usage data and feedback.
• Communication: Exceptional communication abilities to effectively manage expectations across diverse stakeholders in a global setting.
