Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators for AI-powered search and discovery features such as token/transaction search, predictive analytics, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize extensive datasets on user behavior both on-chain and off-chain to uncover trends, enhance search relevance, and boost user engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to implement scalable AI models like NLP, semantic search, and ranking algorithms to improve search accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering user-friendly, seamless search interfaces catering to retail and institutional users.
• Keep abreast of AI, search technology, and cryptocurrency industry trends for driving innovation and sustaining competitiveness.
• Collaborate with executives, compliance personnel, and product teams to align product objectives with business goals and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, particularly with a focus on AI/ML-driven search, recommendation systems, or data-intensive products. Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts such as NLP, neural networks, and vector databases with practical exposure to tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Sound knowledge of data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies, as well as familiarity with search technologies like Elasticsearch and Solr.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical complexity with user-friendly UX/UI design.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective coordination with overseas partners.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly evolving markets with a genuine interest in blockchain and crypto.
