We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our expanding Know Your Business (KYB) team. The key focus is to facilitate rapid and secure customer onboarding onto Binance in a trustworthy and delightful manner.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product strategy for KYB and compliance-related projects throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Collaborate with international KYB vendors to develop a cutting-edge KYB and verification platform
- Engage with compliance and operational teams to enhance KYB onboarding experiences for corporate users
- Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Prioritize feedback from users/stakeholders and drive the product roadmap decisions
- Establish and analyze product metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate success
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Product Manager experience
- Proficient in creating products for global markets
- Competent in product lifecycle management
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Driven by a user-centered and product-oriented mindset
- Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Blockchain technology or the fintech sector is advantageous
