- Enhance core product features based on user feedback and industry trends.
- Develop and optimize operational tools and workflows to empower the content operations team for promoting high-quality content growth.

- Collaborate with engineering teams for the timely and high-quality delivery of product features and technical implementations.

Requirements:
- Over 8 years in content or community product management, particularly in social platforms or fintech.
- Experience with large-scale user products, preferably with millions of daily active users.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach.
