Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the blockchain explorer team. In this role, you will focus on developing industry-leading multi-chain blockchain explorers for Web3 users and developers. Our goal is to make blockchain information easily accessible and understandable for everyone. With our established position as a global leader in blockchain data services, we provide comprehensive data analysis and technical services for major blockchains to a diverse range of users.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for product managing our consumer-facing multi-chain explorer. You will translate the latest web3 trends and insights into product features that enhance the user experience. Data analytics will be at the core of your decision-making process, as you leverage insights to improve products and drive user growth. Additionally, you will engage directly with our community users and partners, showcasing updates and contributing to advancing industry standards for blockchain data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.
• Define and analyze metrics for product development and take ownership of product traffic volume improvements through data analysis, optimizations, and function design.
• Drive consumer adoption and growth by introducing innovative product features that align with consumer behavior and industry trends.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of product features, defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with customer needs, go-to-market performance, and challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 1-3 years in product management and growth within a large-scale internet company. Experience in blockchain or crypto/defi is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing complex product development, including globalization and localization, with a strong ability to launch products for global markets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, allowing for effective collaboration across various teams.
• Proactive attitude with a sense of urgency and customer obsession, coupled with a keen eye for good design and user experience.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the DeFi ecosystem and contract interaction details.
• Experience exploring DeFi protocols.
• Prior experience in user growth within a large-scale internet or Web3 company.
