About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team dedicated to developing cutting-edge blockchain explorers. This role focuses on creating top-tier multi-chain blockchain explorers tailored for web3 users and developers, with a commitment to making blockchain data easily accessible and understandable. Our multi-chain explorer stands at the forefront globally, offering comprehensive data analysis for major blockchains and technical services to various users.

As a key team member, you will lead the product management of our consumer-facing multi-chain explorer product. You will be tasked with incorporating the latest web3 trends and insights into new features that benefit web3 users. Data analytics will be central to your responsibilities as you leverage insights to enhance products and drive user growth. Direct engagement with community users and partners will also be a significant aspect of this role, where you will communicate updates, insights, and contribute to advancing industry standards in blockchain data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to remain informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and drive traffic volume through data analysis and optimizations.
  • Drive consumer adoption through innovative product features that align with consumer behavior and industry trends.
  • Lead end-to-end product feature delivery, prioritize the product roadmap, and address customer needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with 1-3 years in product management at a large-scale internet company.
  • Experience in managing complex product development for global markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and sharp design sensibilities.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with DeFi ecosystem and contract interactions.
  • Extensive experience exploring DeFi protocols.
  • Background in user growth within a large-scale internet or web3 company.
