(Senior) Product Manager - Crypto Payments

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to implementation, prompting changes and launching products and features on a global scale. We work in close collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.

We seek Product Managers to lead product initiatives from inception to completion. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and align dependencies with strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features
• Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, assist in creating test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers, conduct interviews to understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prioritize projects and initiatives while assessing necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams on behalf of the product team
• Manage specific features within the product line

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally with knowledge of Crypto payments
• Work style based on data insights, combined with a user-centric approach
• A strong passion for crafting exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Experience in successfully launching and evolving Software or Financial products on a large scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to take initiative, and deliver results
• Effective collaboration with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Diligent, open to learning new concepts
• Approach work with humility and foster teamwork
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and apply them is preferred
